Information Architecture
This course teaches the principles of Pervasive Information Architecture with core theoretical concepts of place-making, resilience, reduction, consistency, correlation, and synthesis. Students acquire knowledge on netnography and heuristics research methods that enable them to better understand cross-channel user experience.
